Ian McNabb is known both for his work as leader of the band The Icicle Works in the 1980s and also for his critically acclaimed solo career from the early 1990s to date. In 1983 Ian had a top 20 Hit Single in the UK 'Love Is A Wonderful Colour'. In 1984 Ian Mcnabb had another major hit 'Whisper to a Scream (Birds Fly)' which went on to Top 40 success in North Amercia.
