Madonna has confirmed details of a brand new world tour following the release of her highly anticipated new album MDNA.

The Madonna 2012 World Tour begins on May 29th in Tel Aviv and will include arenas, stadiums and special outdoor sites, plus a return visit to South America and Australia where she has not performed in 20 years. Madonna will be stopping off here in the UK on July 17th at London's Hyde Park and July 21st at Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium, as well as playing at the Aviva Stadium, Dublin on the 24th July.

Madonna's previous tour, the phenomenally successful Sticky & Sweet Tour, reaffirmed her status as one of the most successful touring artists of all time. The announcement of her 9th World Tour follows a week which, along with her Bridgestone Super Bowl halftime performance, saw the release of her new single, Give Me All Your Luvin', taken from MDNA.
