One of the last festivals to happen in the UK, End of the Road is the weekend people look forward to in September. The first festival was in 2006 and every year it has been getting bigger and stronger. Located near Salisbury, Wiltshire, this 5,000 capacity festival is for the real, passionate music lovers which focus on alternative music, mostly folk, alt.country and Americana. 2009s festival saw what was called the best lineup of the year with acts such as Explosions in the Sky, Fleet Foxes and The Hold Steady playing. The last couple of years have seen End of the Road sell out pretty quick so make sure you get your ticket for what will defiantly be a special weekend.
