Along with Reading, Leeds Festival has become one of the biggest festivals in the UK. Taking it in turns to perform at both locations, this year's headliners are Foo Fighters, headlining Leeds on Friday and closing Reading on Sunday with their only UK festival dates for 2012; The Cure, playing Leeds on Saturday and Reading on Friday with their only UK shows this year; and making their first headline appearance at the festival are Kasabian, closing Leeds on Sunday and playing Reading on Saturday. The Black Keys, Kaiser Chiefs, Paramore and Florence and the Machine are also amongst the announcements for the Main Stage. Weekend Camping and Saturday, Sunday Day Tickets to choose from.
Headlining over on the NME/Radio 1 Stage are The Maccabees, Justice and the reunited At The Drive-In, with Two Door Cinema Club, Foster The People and The Cribs also confirmed.
The first acts have also been announced for the Dance Stage - Metronomy, Katy B, Azealia Banks and Jaguar Skills will be taking to the stage over the weekend.
