How can I be positive I will receive my tickets?
Out Ticket Safe guarantee commits us to making sure the seller gets your tickets to you in good time for the event. In the unlikely event that your seller cannot do so, we will provide replacement tickets so you don't miss out. If we cannot find replacement tickets we will ensure a full refund.
When will I Receive My Tickets?
Promoters usually print tickets about a week or two before an event. We are a Fan to fan ticket exchange; your seller must receive the tickets before they can send them to you. It is therefore usual to receive your tickets the week of the event. We are always tracking our orders to ensure the tickets are dispatched in time for the event and our Ticket Safe guarantees every event purchase. If you have not received your tickets 5 days before please contact us. We cannot provide an exact delivery date but you can track the status of your order in the my account section.
How will I send my tickets to the buyer?
Once you are ready to send your tickets, simply log in the 'My Account' and follow the simple instructions that appear in the pop up window. Shipping is normally done through our preferred courier, Royal Mail.
What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password just simply click on the 'Forgotten your password' link you will be then emailed instructions of how to reset your password and gain access to your account.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
All Ticket purchases on SaveMeATicket are covered by our TicketSafe guarantee. If an event is cancelled you can claim a full refund. Find out more here
What happens if my Tickets don't sell?
If your tickets do not sell, or you have sent them to us for a last minute listing, you can collect them on the day of the event from a SaveMeATicket collection point. Details of the collection point, including address and opening hours, will be emailed through to you 5 hours before the event.
Who can buy tickets?
Anyone can search the extensive range of tickets on SaveMeATicket, but only registered users can buy tickets.
Do SaveMeATicket prices include taxes?
All tickets prices for listings on SaveMeATicket include VAT, and it is the responsibility of the Seller to pay any taxes due on the tickets. Any VAT payable on our fees is then clearly displayed on the purchase confirmation page and in your confirmation or offer email(s)
I have bought tickets but now cannot attend the event, what should I do?
List them for sale on SaveMeATicket! If you purchase tickets from us for an event but at a later date realise you cannot attend, simply list the seats for sale on SaveMeATicket for other Buyers to purchase. Click here to sell your tickets.
How much do tickets cost?
They vary in price. Check the site and tickets available.
Does Save Me a Ticket charge me for listings tickets?
Listing your tickets on SaveMeATicket is free. You only pay a 10% fee excluding VAT once your tickets sell.
Can I change my email address?
As your email address is also your SaveMeATicket account username, you will need to notify us here if you would like to change your email address.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales on SaveMeATicket are final and cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed. This is because at this point the seller is guaranteed payment. If you can no longer make an event that you have purchased tickets for, or you change your mind, you can always put the tickets back up for sale on SaveMeATicket.
Do you guarantee seats together?
We rely on the sellers to provide as much information as possible about the tickets they are selling. If you are buying tickets from the same listing, they should be seated together unless otherwise stated. For larger groups of seats, they will be in pairs.
Why Should I use My Account?
As a buyer you can review all your previous orders and track their status within My Account. For sellers, My Account allows you to view or amend your listings, track your sales and send out your tickets.
When will I get paid for my Sale?
Once the event has taken place, we process your payment. You will be paid 8 days after the event has taken place, this is to ensure buyer and seller security.

Do SaveMeATicket sell any tickets themselves?
No, SaveMeATicket itself does not buy or sell any tickets. We exist purely to provide a market place for others to buy and sell their tickets which they no longer need.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchasing tickets. If you cannot see an email from us please check your junk email folder as it may have been directed there by mistake. Your order will also be visible in my account under order details. If you are unable to locate any record of a ticket purchase, please contact us here
How do I sell my Tickets until the day of the event?
When listing a Ticket make sure the option to sell ticket for last minute sale is checked then the ticket will be listed for sale at the last minute. You must then send us your Tickets which is free. Once we receive your tickets the listing will be live, then you can relax and wait for your tickets to sell.
Why do the ticket prices vary?
Availability and prices of tickets on the SaveMeATicket ticket exchange are driven by market demand; they are not determined by SaveMeATicket.
Face value is the expression used to refer to the price printed on the "face" of the ticket, i.e. the price it is sold for on the primary market. This price is determined by the concert tour promoter, the club or organizer of the event.
The face value of a ticket can differ from the selling price, because the tickets on SaveMeATicket are sold at "market value". This is the price a consumer is willing to pay for a ticket to a specific event.
If the event is in high demand, the selling price is likely to be higher than the face value on the ticket and vice versa.
Why are there multiple listings of tickets available to purchase for the event I want to attend?
SaveMeATicket aims to offer the widest choice of tickets to every event. There are many sellers listing tickets for all our events, at a variety of prices for different locations, which is why you will see multiple listings of tickets that you can purchase.
Why are only certain tickets available for events?
SaveMeATicket provides a marketplace for fans to Buy and Sell tickets to events. SaveMeATicket does not operate a box office with tickets to all sections of stadia and arenas, so we only display tickets listed for sale on our website by sellers.
Why is there a limit on the multiples of tickets I can purchase?
The multiples of which you can purchase tickets are set by the seller. For some events, we will have numerous single tickets for sale and for others sellers may specify that they only want to be sold in pairs, threes or even fours.
This is the choice you get when you are selling tickets.
Why is it not possible to buy tickets less than 5 days prior to an event?
Seats listed on SaveMeATicket expire 5 days prior to the event time. This constraint exists so that tickets can be processed and delivered to you in time for the match.
How are tickets priced?
The prices of the tickets sold on SaveMeATicket are determined by the Seller depending on the market for the tickets and the demand .The Seller chooses a Fixed Price.
What is the Listing Expiry Date?
The listing expiry date is the date that a ticket listing expires and is set by the seller. The latest expiry date is 5 days prior to the event. This deadline has been set to ensure that the Seller has time to send their ticket(s) to the Buyer in time for the event.
